1st, 2nd, and 3rd Term Interventions

For those of you who have not passed for one, two, or three of the first three nine weeks there are a number of assignments that you can do to make up work.

To access assignments from the first nine weeks click here.

To access assignments from the second nine weeks click here.

To access assignments from the third nine weeks click here.

The assignment folders will be filled this weekend so check back periodically to make sure that you have them all. There will be eight to ten assignments in each folder. The number of assignments that you will be required to complete depends on your average for each nine weeks. Look out for an email today, tomorrow, or Sunday letting you know exactly which assignments from each nine weeks you must complete. Each assignment you complete will be work two points towards your term average. For instance, if you received a 50 for your first term grade you will need to do ten assignments to bring your grade up to a 70 (10 assignment   X   2 points for each assignment  = 20 points added to your term grade).

**NOTE: THE HIGHEST YOUR TERM AVERAGE WILL GO IF YOU SUBMIT ALL OF YOUR MAKE-UP WORK IS A 70. ALSO, YOUR MAKE-UP WORK MUST BE TURNED IN BY 11:59 P.M. ON FRIDAY, MAY 22.**

Work that is incomplete, copied, plagiarized, or does not follow directions will not be accepted. Also understand that you still must pass the final nine weeks that we are currently in! Therefore, make sure you study your study guide for your fourth nine weeks exam and also take time to complete a quality semester exam! As always, email me at amutah@gmail.com if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Reminder – No More Submitting Do Nows

Just a reminder that from now on Do Nows will not be submitted weekly or bi-weekly. At the beginning of class you are to look at the Do Now on the board and think of an answer. Each day Mr. Amutah will randomly ask a few different students for their responses to the Do Now for credit. You can get either full credit, partial credit, or no credit for your answer. Think of this as part of your participation grade.

In light of this change, Do Nows will no longer be placed on this website each day.
